Rich, do you ever stop running?
My friends ask me this question all the time. The answer? More often than you’d think.
The image above is from one of the worst running experiences of my life. Somehow I was overtrained and undertrained for the New York City Marathon and I just wanted to lie down by mile 21.
Not long after that race, I hired a running coach. I quickly discovered that you don’t always need to run 100 miles per week to achieve your goals—especially if running isn’t your full-time job.
I’m an RRCA Level 1 running coach based in Woodside, New York. Whether you’re looking to qualify for Boston or finish your first 5K, we’ll work together to build a plan that makes the most sense for you.
